Our recruitment process typically takes two to three weeks from the initial screening to the offer stage.

In short, Yes. We work in a flexible hybrid style with a mix of working from our customers sites, our offices and working from WeBuild-AI HQ.
We believe that in-person interaction with our customers is a key ingredient to delivery success and encourage you to work from their office two to three days per week.
Whilst we also encourage our customers to experience the WeBuild-AI culture and invite them to work from our offices as well. We understand that everyone has different commitments outside of work, and you’ll be able to share these needs with us in the interview process.

The nature of our work is complex and intricate. Whilst we try to move at speed to deliver value to customers quickly. We therefore believe that in the early exploratory, prototyping and build phases of our work that being in close proximity of our customers delivers high impact outcomes and enables our teams to build tighter bonds with our customers. This can mean delivering work either from WeBuild-AI HQ or our customers offices. As work becomes clearer and we have earned the trust of our customers, we will always aim to ensure as much flexibility as possible for our teams in terms of where work can be delivered from.
